Yes. Every coach is a current employee at the firm shown on their profile, not a former one. We privately verify each coach’s identity, employer, role, department and level before their profile goes live, and re-verify at least every six months. The Verified Insider badge shows the month of the most recent check.

No. Coaches work under a fixed alias because they cannot advertise paid coaching under their own name without risking their position. You see their firm, current role, broad department or team and level so you can judge fit, but not their legal name or personal details. Please do not try to identify or contact a coach outside the booking process.

No. Insider Match is coaching only. A session buys preparation and honest feedback. Coaches cannot provide a referral, an introduction, influence over a decision, confidential or live interview material, or any guarantee of an outcome, and you should not ask them to.

Coaches must declare a conflict and step back if they could end up assessing you in a live process, and we reassign or cancel the booking. If you spot a conflict, tell us.

CV Strategy (50 minutes) sharpens your CV for a target role. Interview Coaching (55 minutes) is guided, real time practice on your answers. Mock Interview (55 minutes) is a realistic interview under real conditions, followed by a formal scorecard and readiness signal. Prices depend on the coach’s professional level. The exact price for each coach is shown on their profile, and the total is confirmed before you pay. You pay per session, with no subscription.

A written follow up within 24 hours. CV Strategy gives bullet feedback and priority improvements; Interview Coaching gives a strengths and gaps summary and a practice plan; Mock Interview gives a formal scorecard, your top improvements, a readiness signal and practice tasks.

You choose a time and pay on the coach’s booking page. Payment is handled securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card details. After booking you complete a short preparation form so your coach can prepare.

Only what they need to prepare and deliver the session: your first name, target role and firm, application stage, your preparation answers and any CV or job description you upload. They do not receive your surname, email or payment details from us. Calendar and meeting tools may still show your name, so you are not fully anonymous to your coach.

No. Sessions are not recorded or transcribed. With the agreement of both you and your coach, an optional Google Meet feature can generate a written summary to help prepare your follow up. You can decline without affecting your session, and either of you can stop it at any time.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the session, you receive a full refund. You can also reschedule for free as long as you give at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to your coach’s availability, and a change your coach requests never counts against you; we only ask that you keep changes reasonable. Within 24 hours of the session, it is normally treated as used, is not refundable, and a free reschedule is not normally available. Cancel using the link in your confirmation email, and email us to reschedule.

You choose a priority rebook or a full refund. If your coach is more than 15 minutes late, you can end the session and take a rebook or refund.

Email us, ideally within 48 hours. Depending on what happened, we can offer completion, a rebook, or a partial or full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

No. Coaching improves your preparation and gives you an honest read on where you stand, but hiring decisions rest with employers. We do not guarantee an interview, an offer or any specific result.
