Career coaching from people who are still doing the job.
Insider Match connects candidates with verified current professionals at the firms they are targeting. The advice is specific and honest because it comes from someone in the room, and the coach’s identity stays protected by an alias.
The best interview advice was always second-hand. It shouldn’t be.
Most preparation advice comes from books, forums, or people who left the industry years ago. The candidates who get offers usually had something better: someone on the inside who told them what the firm actually looks for, where people fall short, and how ready they really were.
That access has always been unevenly distributed. If you happened to know someone, you had it. If you didn’t, you were guessing. Insider Match exists to make that access something you can simply book, from a professional who is doing the exact job you are preparing for.
Current, verified, and honest by design
Current, not former
Every coach is a current employee at the firm shown on their profile, verified before they go live. Their knowledge is live, not remembered from a role they left years ago.
Protected by an alias
Coaches work under a fixed alias. Their firm and service line are public so you can judge fit, while their personal identity stays private. That protection is exactly what lets them be candid with you.
Verified, so you can trust it
We privately check each coach’s identity, employer, role, department and level before their profile is published, and re-verify at least every six months. More on our Verification & Anonymity page.
Coaching only
We are not a recruitment agency or a referral service. A session buys preparation and honest feedback, never an introduction, influence over a hiring decision, or a guaranteed outcome.
We are starting where insider knowledge matters most.
Our first focus is Big 4 Deals: Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Valuations and Corporate Finance. If you are preparing for one of these roles, your coach has sat on the other side of the same process, recently.
More tracks will follow as we verify the right people. The principle stays the same: current insiders, protected identities, honest feedback.
